Full demolition and strip-out, reinstatement of masonry works, followed by the installation of raised access floors.
Execution of screeds, installation of sanitary systems, heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems (including smoke extraction), as well as electrical installations (HV/LV), including fire detection and access control systems.
Installation of hard floor finishes (tiling, stone) and soft floor finishes (carpet).
The works also include painting and final finishes, joinery and fitted-out elements, as well as metalworks, including guardrails and bespoke metal joinery.
