Full demolition and strip-out, including underpinning works and the reinstatement of structural masonry, encompassing all structural alterations required for the project.
Execution of waterproofing works, screeds and structural substrates, followed by the installation of sanitary systems and heating, air conditioning, electricity (HV/LV) & ventilation systems.
Installation of hard floor finishes (tiling, stone) and soft floor finishes (wood flooring), followed by painting and final finishes.
Fabrication and installation of metalworks, including guardrails, metal joinery and bespoke staircase, as well as joinery and fitted-out elements.
Creation of a roof skydome, providing zenithal natural daylight.
