Removal of existing elements and comprehensive refurbishment of the interior finishes. Construction of new suspended ceilings, upgrading of the electrical installation to current standards, replacement of switches and outlets, creation of new lighting points and installation of light fixtures.

The works also include the supply and installation of timber flooring, skirting boards and internal doors, painting and decorative finishes, replacement of window and door frames, installation of new blinds and roller shutters, as well as the fabrication and installation of bespoke wardrobes and custom joinery.
